and we still dont know for positives it will do the trick, but it's a place to start. simblender will do that, but i dont know if anything else will. maybe getting rid of that would stop it? i honestly dont know, but it might be worth a try if you have a hack that will remove furiousness. even if your sim doesnt still have it, he still could. Maybe he still has the red haze over his relationship panel with your sim. there's nothing they can do unless there's video unless the cops catch them red handed, and a vandalism call isnt the highest priority.
I cant tell you how many times i've replaced my mailbox in real life, and i've seen the vandalism going on.

Nope, you cant have him arrested, it's alot like real life in an economically depressed areas of california.
